Good

Sounds like a demo, recorded but unproduced. Just try to give it a nice sound.
Catchy song!

well.. indie my friend... indie :)

Hmm...

Well, seems I'll have to be the asshole with the bad critics (?)
First off, the quality could be a lot better, most of the instruments were not so good sounding and at certain parts it was pretty random...

Other than that it was very good!

It's getting overhauled. Give me some time. :D

Thanks for your review.

HAHA!!

It was somewhat amusing to listen to, sounded great, but as most of the others said there's a sort of weird contrast with 8 bit music and vocals.

BTW the vocals sounded great, did you record them or how did you get them?

Fabulous!

I've remixed this twice but, I think the simpliness and beauty of your song beat mine! Did you play this or did you sequence it?

BTW I actually think Aeris sounds better than Aerith, becous it's the spelling I'm used to hearing.

Great Job!

Nice

Hmm... it's a nice idea, and I think that if you had been able to put some more effort/spent some more time with it, it would probably be rated much higher, becouse before I upload music I try to get it all right, give it a nice sound and most of all, listen to it on my own for a couple of days to see if I can find and correct disturbances like bad vol balance, something being too repetitive etc.

sometimes you need to do so...

not that I find any of this in your piece, so good work!

Nice

Although there are milions of FF7 remixes this is actually one of those I really like! Smooth, soft, good flow, still it gives you this battle adrenaline feeling. Nice!

Nice

Nice sounding- eh... could you call it song? I guess you can. Well great job anyway!

Headphones 9/10 4/5
Stereo 3/10 1/5... nah kidding :P Great work!

punk7890 responds:

Thanks!

Great!

Not what I'd usually listen to, but this was really enjoyable, and the clicknoices? I didn't find them quite as annoying as you say, but they got just a bit too much after a while, I think having a break in all the clicking would solve the prob.

Good flow and great sound! Keep it up!

Love it!

I'm not that sure just about those strings though, sorry!
I also have some words to say to the people that says this isn't ff7, yes it is ff7! Sure, the piano melody has appeared in some other ff games, not all though, and the melody played with the strings does only appear - as far as I know - in ff7, not ff8, ff9, ff6 or ff10!! Don't know about other than those, but this I know for sure!

Have a good day! And keep it up!

Hmm...

The changes were pretty random, maybe try to make some smooth bridges between the different parts of it. I was also missing some reverb to get that true atmosphere that you could expect from a remix of THIS song.

Since you only used the main theme in this song it almost began to go repetitive.
There were not one half minute of beat on any of the two places you could hear the drums. Try adding some more drums and make the beating periods longer. You could also try adding some more melodies into it to get more variation.

Otherwise it rocks!!

I'm mainly a singer/Multi-instrum entalist and composer/lyricist. I work within virtually all genres and as my collection of submissions suggest I'm pretty much addicted to Final Fantasy and work a lot with instrumental music, aside of my "real" compositi
